What is DOMESTIC DELIVERY?

Domestic shipping is the transportation of goods or documents within a country. ARRIIVAL’s Domestic Delivery makes delivery services incredibly simple for you. ARRIIVAL can handle any size & a wide range of shipping options.

We have 7 types of domestic delivery: Courier, Cargo, Multi-piece Shipment, Cold Chain, Packing service, Sea Freight, & Air Freight for normal items or Air Cargo(sensitive items).

With our Smart Logistic feature, our system can help you to Auto-select the best delivery method base on your location, weight & size of your parcel. As logistic calculation can be complicated at times due to different conditions. eg Volume-metric weight, Min. parcels requirement, Min. charges fee & etc. Use arriival to avoid sudden shocking bills after your delivery.

By using arrival we have the following features to help ease your choices.

COURIER SERVICE - size L+H+W<150cm, weight max 25kg/parcel

Courier service refers to the fast or quick, door-to-door pickup and delivery service for goods or documents & usually used for small parcels below 10kg. It often takes 1-4 days or next-day delivery is available too.

CARGO SERVICE - size L+H+W<300cm, weight max 100kg/parcel

This service can handle heavy & huge cartons up to 100kg like furniture, electricals, vehicles parts & etc. It’s also suitable for fragile & Sensitive items. Our coverage for peninsular Malaysia can include highland & Felda area but exclude island area only.

MULTI-PIECE SHIPMENT

More suitable for wholesaler, it’s for Shipments with multiple pieces to be sent to the same destination. It can be group together in a multi-piece shipment to save cost base on the total kg weight calculations. All the parcels has to be delivered to the same destination & usually takes 2-4 working days to complete the delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. (included highland & Felda area but exclude island area)

COLD CHAIN SERVICE

Deliver fresh products within 24-48hr. suitable for seafood, dessert, pre-cooked food, freshly made ramen, frozen sauce, and many others. The items must be pre-cool before being collected. Packaging must be strictly in Polystyrene Box with an ice bag. This is not a frozen truck, the sender must pre-cool fresh product before pass to our logistic team.

PACKING SERVICE

With our packing service, we will help customers to print out their waybill, pack, and wrap up all the parcels to make the delivery easy and fast. Customer are hassle free to send anything from anywhere to everywhere.

AIR FREIGHT (Normal Items) - size L+H+W<150cm, weight max 25kg/parcel

Air freight parcel delivery is the transfer and shipment of goods via an air carrier. It Normally takes 2-4 working days to deliver within the town area. Not able to send sensitive & dangerous goods.

AIR CARGO (Sensitive Items) - size L+H+W<300cm, weight max 60kg/parcel

Air cargo for sensitive items eg: Liquid & battery items can be send. Able to cover majority of the outskirt area & normally it takes 4-7 working days

SEA FREIGHT - size L+H+W>150cm or weight >30kg/parcel

Transporting large or heavy goods by the sea at a cheaper rate but very slow to destination. It takes 30-45 days & suitable for multiple parcels or large machinery. Sea Freight putting cargo in large containers(LCL) which are then loaded onto vessels sometimes can cause damages on non-resistance to heat items. We are advisable for our customers to purchase insurance coverage at 1.5% of the item value.
